✭I had this on pts and thought it was just a bug or lag. I never had an issue landing dizzy on live but on the pts I dueled for about 20 mins and landed 3 dizzys lol. This needs to be fixed asap.Edited by Crixus8000 on October 22, 2018 9:19PM1 -

✭✭✭✭PTS has failed its one and only purpose it seems. This is going to upset the last 3 or 4 guys who still use dizzy swing over dual wield.
In fact, some of the most passionate players I know of are already calling it quits if this is not fixed.
You were supposed to bring balance to the meta ZOS, not ruin it

I would think you should know better that snipe is not even very strong. It's easy to dodge or break los. I mean, it's better than dizzy but that's not really saying much.

The tears are more for the fact that people who snipe are usually in the back of zergs where they can’t be touched and when you look there way they instantly cloak and run.8 -

I tested Dizzying Swing in several duels against a stamsorc, stamdk and magsorc. I was completely unable to land any attacks unless the target stood completely still.
I am 1200cp with a grand overlord stamsorc that has primarily used 2h in its journey to such a rank so please spare me the 'l2p' comments

Aiming doesn't help here. the animation will cancel constantly if the target moves even slight left or right.
Easy counterplay already exists for Dizzying Swing in many forms so even if this is intended it is certainly a step too far.2 -

you have to maintain your aim on target untill the cast time is complete, which is easier said than done. Try it yourself against any moving target , you'll see.2 -
