Dizzy swing completely broken

    I disagree. Other players might not be moving that fast but now I'm not either because of the nerfs, and moving like a snail definitely makes this skill harder to land imo.

    They will probably ninja fix it at some point in the far future, without any acknowledgement. Just how they went about the sheer venom bug that broke cloak, that had been in the game for ages.

    Or properly adjusted the tooltip to display to targeting requirements for uppercut and its morphs. This ability is working as intended.

    deservedly so. old magsorc/magblade playstyle was extremely broken and was revolving around the shield spam crutch. I'm glad they buffed other things like c.frags and overload and nerfed the ez crutch shield spam. Now you'll have to actually give a damn about pressure, positioning, survival and build-play accordingly.

    Thought I'm not saying don't buff sorcs ever, I don't care how good or bad sorcs are. I just want them to use their brains when they play instead of smashing the shields for 20 minutes non stop.

    I use my brain plenty, thanks. The only shield I use is Hardened Ward. There are PLENTY of sorcs and other magicka users out there who rely on a single shield. If anyone is “smashing the shields for 20 minutes non stop” then they’re doing extremely little damage. When Murkmire goes live, I might as well just take Ward off my back bar. Waste of magicka.

    the real sad part is, that zos didnt ansered to any of the dizzy threads, and this is awkward, really *** and sad at the same time, so yea, rip us all and now we have to learn this skill again.

    shield stacking was, but now, with sorcs and amgblades running with light armor and 25k resistances around, the cap to 50% doesnt do ***.

    the aoe reduction, the speed nerf and all that *** kills atm the game and it jsut makes no fun anymore, if this stays, plus the dizzy im leaving the game, as simple as that :D

    The only problem is that there currently is no other mmo to play. If a good mmo with fun balanced pvp would release im deleting eso. On console it is even worse because there are hardly any mmo's out there.

    When other quality mmo's would release i think a lot of pvp players will stop playing eso.

    A passionate community can keep a dead game alive, and also vice versa. Games(especially online ones) are only really alive because there is a community for them.

    Doesn't matter how good you are, this is not a learning issue. The skill is just terrible right now. I only have one char I play so I can't even play the game right now. It's so annoying.

    Dark Flare, Snipe, Inevitable Detonation, all are bugged the way Uppercut is. Don't know about Force Siphon but my guess is, it's the same.

    Not a single post from ZoS. On a GLOBAL cast-time targeted abilities issue. Should I make an opinion on this?

    Wonder if they would have been so silent if the issue was with Endless Hail, Wall of elements (PvE main abilities).
    At the same time I feel 6 pages is a bit less for an issue as big as this.

    Fighting sorcs in CP with 21k stacked shields was a damn chore most of the time. Period. Especially if they also wore engine guardian to sustain it for even longer.

    Anyway, that is not what this thread is about. So keep the sorc tears out of this thread please. There are some people on these forums that are attracted to these tears like bees to honey who'd love to jump on that bandwagon. Only thing I am trying to do here is to keep this thread under the attention of ZOS.

    thats not how it works, "just dont wanna answer" as a company is poor, not right and moraly completly f'ed up.

    they just show us they dont care, and thats not even good for their game, but who cares if 100 people leave the game for that, otehr will join and take it as it is.

    nevertheless, they could say: were aware of it, if u have informations please let us know <- this is normal procedure, because if they would know what does that they had fixed it already.

    + Will follow very soon. PvP has never been in such a sorry state in terms of combat, which is a shame because the new changes to cyrodiil itself are awesome.

    Templer's javelin is also broken. Both morphs, jabs and sweeps, now have a lag-type cast time or cool off. It is annoying as it can be.

This now isn't possible anymore because by moving through/past the opponent your reticule will be off the target for a fraction of a sec. It is unrealistic to be able to keep the reticule on target 100% of the time in a pvp battle. I can guarantee you the skill will be useless if it stays like this.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno can you please bring this issue to the attention of the devs? Dizzy swing always was a very unreliable ability as it was, and it took skill and coördination to land it. Please don't let this playstyle stay in this broken state.

    EDIT: Just tried it in a duel and it is impossible to land a hit. Well done ZOS!!

    The fact they haven't even replied made me check when the current billing on my sub is... They have until then, I guess.

    Uninstalled and unsubbed. The fact this thread has gotten no response is just flat out disrespectful. Especially when you factor in that usually the people using Dizzying are higher tiered players. Just ridiculous.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_RichLambert @ZOS_Wrobel Just look at the amount of (longtime) players in this thread that are already unsubbing, simply because of a lack of communication. There are a couple of major issues like this in this patch that require just a simple comment saying "we are aware of the issue". Just a simple comment like that would have been enough, but it seems you simply don't care. This is not just dumb, but also extremely neglectful towards players that have supported this game for years now, some even loyal beta testers.

    Honestly, if there is nothing about this issue in the patch notes... I'm just gonna say screw you and screw this game. You can edit my comment or close this thread. I don't give a frak anymore. I'm sure there are others that would instantly make a new thread anyway.
