Hail and Well Met Adventurer,
On the behalf of the Prophet and the rest of the elderly mages who have gazed into the Elder Scrolls, we would like to thank you for brining this violation to our attention. Our goal for Tamriel is for it to be free of the various trolls and annoyances that often plague online realms. Our motley crew of Altmer, Redguards, Dunmer, and Bretons, cannot spot every possible crudely named adventurer or gold spammer, that is why we appreciate you taking the time from your quest to thwart Molag Bal to report them.
Rest assured we will take the necessary steps regarding this player and keep Tamriel a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all those willing to enter our world. For the sake of privacy we will not publish the results of our findings but know you have aided us greatly with your report.
In the meantime for future reference please follow the steps below in order to switch on your profanity filter and to block a player you feel has offended you in some way:
1.To turn on your profanity filter, press the Esc key on the keyboard, then go to Settings-->Social. It should be the second to last option under "Chat Settings"
2.Then there are two ways to add a player to the ignore/block list; it can be done from the chat window itself or from the social menu.
Chat window: Right-click on the player’s character name and select Ignore/Block on either the character name or the UserID. Existing friends can also be ignored by right-clicking on their UserID name from the Contacts panel [O].
Social menu: Press [O] to open the Contacts panel and navigate to the "Friends" tab. Click on the crossed circle icon on the right side of the window to open the "Ignored" list. From here, a character's name or a player's UserID can be added to the Ignored list directly. If a UserID is added to an ignore list, all characters associated with that UserID will also be ignored.
Thank you again for your assistance and we hope you continue to enjoy your experiences in Tamriel
Hope to see you on the Ruby Throne
Warm Regards,
Elder Scrolls Online Team

Haha, didn't see this thread before I made one yesterday about the same issue. Some of us got frustrated and started using random attacks at the crystal, but sadly our attempts at intimidation didn't make it work.
On the plus side, I got a new friend out of it and might now be part of an impromptu band n_n.

I know this is out of topic, but I'm trying now to access to my account information to set up the paying method and stuff... there's a queue of 56 minutes I'm supposed to wait to access. FOR REAL?
There's supposed to be scheduled maintenance today, so let's hope this quest is one of those that got fixed.

not true, this quest has been bugging me but I completed it in the second beta no problem. on top of that the quest was working prior to the 12hr downtime to fix the account hijacking and Balreth quest bugs, I saw players fighting fatesealer and continued on. many quests were fixed or possess workarounds. if you are having problems with quest bugs in the Stonfalls area PM and I can help you out. I've got nothing to do until Tuesday anyway.
However this quest is not one of them, I suggest you continue to fill out /bug when you get back into the game.
You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life.
