Elemental Drain BUG

Hi,
I am using Elemental Drain for a while. The Magicka Regeneration is working but it seems that the debuff Major Breach is not working. I dont make more damage on enemies when elemental drain is activated. The Problem only exsists by enemies in the open world I guess. On exercise doll everythings all right.

✭Overland mobs have much lower resistances than dungeon/trial mobs (which is what the dummy is based off) so you may just be over penetrating.@Sparr0w so I get the notification

✭✭✭✭✭Just 5k from CP and 5k from light armour passives easily put you above overland mob resistances. Of course you won't see any effect from Breach.1 -

^ What he said. If you are using Elemental Drain you are most likely using Light Armor, which has a passive for 4884 combine that with 5k from CP and you are overpenetrating every overworld mob you see.1 -
