Rename the "Time Trial: Weekly" achievement

@ZOS_Finn This achievement states that it is rewarded for a 33-minute clear of a weekly trial. But the achievement hasn't checked the clear time for years. I.e., the achievement is rewarded for any clear of a weekly trial, regardless of time. (Which is not the problem, and I think it's the right thing to do, because there are now 9 different trials each one with different speedrun benchmarks.)
The achievement should be renamed and reworded to better reflect what it is actually rewarded for. E.g., rename it to "Weekly Trial Completed" and get rid of the 33-minute reference in the description so that it more accurately describes what it actually does right now.

Since they're adding a new 4-player trial, maybe they can have a new weekly that alternates between the two arenas.
Or better yet, have them have their own permanent one like vMA.0
