Should they change Turn Undead?

Someone will probably let me know below if there is some use to turn undead (circle of protection morph that fears undead, daedra) I don't know about, but this morph seems like it would mostly be a dead morph. Tanks don't want enemies fleeing from them and would probably want to kick anyone using an ability like that in a dungeon. The ability to exchange stam for minor protection and minor endurance for the tank/melee dps is pretty powerful for a healer, but having to run up to the tank to drop it, makes the ability too clunky for a healer to really be able to use. What if, instead of fearing undead on cast, this morph allowed the circle to be cast in a specific area. This way, healers had an ability that helped underpowered tanks take less damage and have better stamina management. Currently, only wardens can only give out minor endurance without needing CoP.

Code is probably speaking to trials more than solo. Mush of what I have seen them post shows they have a lot of trial experience.
