I logged in and got no home or mount/ pet from the event.(fixed)

    I received the mount and pet but the villa is not in my home map page or on my Artinium map. I did the Pathfinder quest and have played the Summerset quest with several characters. I even bought the Summerset DLC. What did I do wrong to not get the Grand Villa?

    Try looking under collections-homes and see if it's listed.

    On PS4 there is no indication that I got anything but I fast traveled to the villa and I was able to start decorating it then the mount and pet showed up in my collections.

    Logged in, no new mount, pet or house, relogged, teleported, still nothing. I have summerset since preorder, I did myself the achievmenet when it came out, I login almost daily because of daily rewards. @ZOS_GinaBruno There must be some problem.

    Even as an owner of one radiant apex mounts I am against radiant apex mounts and anything thats not obtainable by direct purchase.

    Well I believe there is an issue for some players as I have none of the items either. I am waiting for a response back from my submitted ticket , first response asked me to check collectibles and housing which I had done, they are definitely not there, so glad I didnt buy the furniture packs now.

    Maybe give it some time (24 hour) as there is probably on (mega)server side things need to update for everybody that fulfilled requirements during this event? If you already have those items, then it is pretty sure that you have at least been registered as part of event and should also have access to house soon.

    [It is a lot of people right now porting to see their new house, so it is not unlikely a delay caused by that.]

    I sended a support ticket as even repairing the game did nothing. Its not the first time I didint get reward from some event and it was not delay it was simply a mistake (didnt get the tiger senche even days later had to write ticket just to be told "ups sorry, here u go")

    UPDATE: Got automatic reply explaining what I had to do to be eligable. Obviously that doesnt help. Hope to get help from a person next.

    wow. I knew I should have the villa because I got the pet and mount. The villa does not show up on the map. Only way to reach it is through the Housing in Collections

    Edit: My mistake was looking in wrong place. It's on Artaeum, not Summerset.

    No villa,pet ou mount here too.

    Logged in twice,try to port to another location,check on collections and on the map(villa is still black);I'll try a repair then submit a ticket...

    I'm on EU,own Summerset since day one,did the achievement even before the event started and logged almost everyday.Not much time to play,so I just get my daily reward and mail,not killed anything recently,may be it has an impact(as some free box ask to log and kill something)...

    Very frustrating!

    I wrote them and they said they cant do anything with it right now so advices I got from people to send ticket are not really useful.

    I have not receive the pet, mount and house either and I meet all the criteria.

    I'd love to raise a ticket but I cannot log into the support page even though I can log into the game and my account page.

    They made an announcement on the french FB page about the Summerfall rewards being available,and many players say they haven't get anything,too.

    Still no answer on my ticket,I hope they'll look about this problem and made a sort of hotfix about it soon.

    Even if you are ESO+,if you didn't bought Summerset,yes.

    I still didn't received the event rewards (no, it isn't in the collection tab or anywhere else). My ticket remains unanswered since yesterday evening and I'm starting to loose confidence.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno can you have a look whats going on with the ticket 181010-000925? I talked to others which also wrote a ticket and have their rewards by now. I'm on PC-EU btw. Thanks in advance...

    Just a heads up, @Makiraya -- you can reopen tickets that may have slipped through the cracks by responding to the email they sent you. Sometimes the robots that handle most support requests miss the mark, and you need a bit of persistence. :)

    Ive sent ZOS proof of me buying Summerset (pre-ordered), of completing the achievment on two chars and that I still dont have no psijic villa. I dont care about the moount and pet, dont need them anyway - but I would like to get that villa.

    According to a reply yesterday, they were going to send my case to someone "higher up" (is that Azura?), I hope they get back to me soon :neutral:

    However on a brighter note my *mule account* I use for storage only but bought a copy of Summerset specifically to do the event did get the pet, mount and villa

    The Elder Scrolls: Online Customer Support does not have the ability to give or restore in-game Achievements.

    Please be aware that most of the achievements linked to a kill or a certain dungeon can be unlocked by repeating the task again.
    In order for the achievement to unlock for boss objectives, you'll need to contribute significant damage to the boss (and sometimes boss "monsters" in the area), or significant healing to warriors engaged in the same fight.
    If you fail to contribute enough damage to the boss or not enough to the additional mobs, you will not receive credit for the Point of Interest and you will not receive the achievement. Your best bet is to attempt the boss again and ensure you're damaging each monster in the fight.

    If you believe there is a bug with an achievement causing your progress to not be updated, please submit a bug report by using the /bug command (if playing on PC). On console, a bug can be reported by creating a new ticket and choosing "Submit Feedback" under "Issue Category".

    Still no answer to my IG ticket...I messed it a bit,as I sent one under "item",but,as I can't give any explanation on my problem,I searched a bit more and find a sub-category about housing,in which I can describe my problem.I get an automatic answer for my first one(wrong category,so),but not on my right ticket(the one under "housing"),so I wonder if both ticket were considered as solved when I get the automatic answer...Maybe I should try to submit a second one;or try to find how to send one in the site,not in-game...

    However,as many players seems to have trouble about it,ZOS should investigate it to solve it for everyone,not asking every players who didn't get the reward to send a ticket...
