Same here. No house, no pet, no mount. Got 2 chars pre-event with the achievment.

Server appears to still be down ... launcher says so and it does not update when re-starting it.

Check your collections as there is no notification given at least on PS4.

Hmm strange, I have the rewards, maybe you should relog. But frankly the villa,..would be good if you could trade or exchange it, for much smaller useful and practical house, this villa is completely useless, at least too me:/.

I don't think you will get a notification in your Announcements list.

Did you search through your collections to be sure it isn't there?

Also. You said you did the achievement before the event started. Did you log in at least once between the start and end of the event? That was the only requirement for those who didn't want to get the Achievement, that you must log in during the event.

Nevermind, the launcher may say it's still down but if you press play you can get in game! And I have the villa! SEE EVERYONE IN 6 MONTHS WHEN IM DONE DECORATING!

Xbox is up and I have the villa, horse and pet.. but my pc game is still offline so maybe it's not ready yet.


edit: There isn't a 'notice' about anything new on the xbox, I just looked under collections and had all 3.

No rewards for me either on PC EU.

Edit: After zoning could access the rewards from collections (no notifications though, so easy to miss).

PC/NA got the rewards but ya no notifications or anything.
edit: The only place it showed up was by clicking collections tab>then housing or collectibles. It didn't show anywhere on map tab until traveled there.

This is just like the free pet and crates event back in August. They didn't show up in the Announcements, you just have to go into your Collections to get them.

I'm on PC NA and I got in. (I was in when you made your post.)
It gave the message that the server was still down, but I clicked "Play," anyway, and it worked.

I also have the Villa ,pet, and mount; though there was no notification for any of them.
The mount and pet were in my collections, and I just opened the map, selected Artaeum, and the house icon where the Villa is located on the map was white, so I went there.

Sounds like PC has some kind of issue if some say it is still offline.

Don't know what to suggest, have you tried logging in to different characters?

You might have gotten it but I haven't a few people didn't either

It is likely not ready as yet. If you didn't download a patch then nothing will have changed. Just be patient
