Unable to change cardholder's name

When trying to set up my subscription, the cardholder's name default's to my name (the name on the account) and i cannot change it. Is there any way to change it?
It's also telling me that it's the standard edition when i'm using a code from the imperial edition.

HycotussSoul ShrivenI had this issue too, you can change the name in your profile to the card holder's name make the payment and then switch it back to your name.0 -

Any idea about the registration code telling me it's standard edition and not imperial?0 -

After you choose subscription metod -just redeem rest of your codes
