WoW just WoW you want more then what your getting this update with the increased crowns the store section that will give you a discount on items and on top of that faster EXP gain and the craft bag and all DLCS including Morrowind and next year Summerset and you need more. This is so funny you Subbers make me laugh so hard if you get those craft bags need to be added to the store to be bought its only fair then to none subs who happen to spend $100+ a year to get all the content but no craft bag for us.

And to the person who said they have nothing planned for next year there already making it and have been working on it for almost a year on one DLC. And next year you will get 3 DLC's plus we get another chapter added and subs get 4 dlc's they do not have to play for unless you buy the chapter. But hey Subs don't get enough already and just want more for $15 dollars a month nice.

You did notice this is a necro'ed thread from *last* year, right? 2017? Before some of that stuff was released? Not too much point in getting fussed about it now.

Since some of us already bought these assistants and are kind of displeased at the LACK of functionality, maybe ESO+ could add some functionality to them.

Maybe for an ESO+ subscriber a banker can also access guild banks.

Yeah, just make it so Subscribers who own them can repair gear with their merchants and access the guild store and bank with their banker. I'd be happy! But at this point I'm not about to make any stink if they do nothing. They keep throwing free stuff at all of us as it is!

To get round the "already bought them" problem. Why not make it so that ESO+ members who buy the banker and trader get the added bonus of their banker allowing guild store access, and their trader allowing for repairs?

    @esotoon

I think the important or actually most important thing is that a subscriber isn't some special customer.

If there is an offer made to a subscriber than that same offer should apply to a customer who buys said item as everyone is a paying customer in this context

So much so that buying crowns should technically apply the same benefits but limited to a timeframe closely aligned with 1500/30 days

Subscribers kinda are special customers though.

I know this is a necro but this just kinda had to be said.

To add to this, a subber is spending a minimum of $180 a year while non subbers spend as little as zero, though many will claim to spend as much or more than subbers every month, despite not actually being willing to commit to 15 bucks a month. Go figure.

Ask any dev and they'll tell you guaranteed residual income is far more desirable than sporadic spending. So yeah, subbers are kinda special. Can't believe this even had to be explained to him.

That would help out a lot. At least for me, someone that can't afford to buy crowns most of the time. I'm barely able to keep my subscription, too. And I know ESO+ gives us crowns, but there's always something I want to grab from the crown store. 😞

I think adding a repair option to the merchant and guild bank access to the banker for eso+ subscribers would be a great way to generate more banker and merchant sales as well as subs

The Craft Bag is the main feature of ESO+ so how about adding more quality of life enhancements to the monthly subscription like the Banker and or Merchant Assistants to make up for the lack of DLC for subscribers. The old DLC as part of the subscription is no longer of importance now that there is a Gold edition of the game for new buyers and Morrowind being excluded from being treated as DLC is another such reason ESO+ needs a few more added values to keep with the $15/month subscription.

No they should be free and available in the game to start with. They need to stop monetizing everything and add more incentive for players to play the game. The fact that you have to pay every month to get things that should already be in the game is ridiculous. Eso plus subscribers should get a lot more than they do, though.

I'm not into the assistants myself - I spend plenty of time in towns/cities, and as far as when I'm out and around, there's always traveling merchants; they repair, unlike the assistant. And since I don't wind up in delves/dungeons, there's no reason not to "hearth" back to town to a bank.... I certainly wouldn't spend the money on them! And I doubt I'd bother with them if they came with ESO+.

I'd rather have a cool furniture plan once a month....

Sorry for the rant, it's just that I'm getting a little frustrated with Microtransactions. I feel like after you buy any game, you should have only have to buy dlcs that add a ton of new content in one download, like the Dawnguard DLC from Skyrim.

Sure. As long as I get a refund for both of them.

As others have said what about those who already purchased these and are subbed.

    What about it?

To be clear, I don’t agree with OP. It’s just that they have done this kind of thing before do I need to remind you of the Morrowind “chapter “. They don’t care about people who have already purchased a thing

Adding the vendor and banker to ESO+ would be a huge slap in the face to those who payed a huge pile of crowns for them.

However they could add the ability to customize their appearance to ESO+ and I bet no-one would be angry about it. They could have an interface similar to the character creation screen where you make the appearance of the npc, then a costume station style interface where you create the outfit for the npc and dye it to the colors you want.

If they did that, how do you propose they have a constant and predictable revenue stream to continue to add content and, more importantly, maintain the infrastructure that provides your persistent game world?

    Honest question.

Careful. The F2P crowd will tell you off and remind you they paid $10 for the game a year ago. And adamantly state this game has no F2P mode.
