Murkmire Intro quest available and bugged

I just started the Murkmire intro quest. You can buy it from the crown store for free. But it is bugged. At some point you need to enter a place called “The Sunless Hollow” and you get an error message “You lack the correct permissions to transfer here”. @ZOS_GinaBruno

I see lots of people trying to enter, but not succeeding, so it’s not just me.

PS I am on PS4 / EU

    its pretty farcical that they cannot even get this right, just shows how bad this company is descending into oblivion,
    really looking forward to the disasters to come when they again break cyrodiil, even more, before they even try to fix that which is already broken. Its been nearly a YEAR and the " usual long loading screens are as bad now as they were then, you even get them now while just sitting on your mount. Yet we are greeted with utter silence and contempt, this companies customer service has to be one of the worst in the world.

    I suspect that the actual bug may be that the quest has already been released as I haven’t seen any announcements about it yet.

    I can't get it to progress after talking to the Refuge NPCs, no clue as to where to go,

    Yep stuck outside Sunless Hollow right now on Xbox/EU - it sucks. Don't know what permissions I'm supposed to have to get in there.

    This bug happened when they first brought it to the test server too rofl what’s the point of testing content if they’ve don’t even include the fixes when it goes live????

    That was a PTS bug. And the same one is now live. That is very sloppy.

    I thought that at first so I checked the ESO twitter and they just announced the official release dates in the last hour so it seems planned that the prologue also went live. Maybe not, though. I did wonder if this was an accident.

    My character belongs to the Daggerfall Covenant on PC/EU and I could enter the cave just like any other dungeon, not sure if it's related to me doing the quest in Daggerfall.
