Several questions about Overload on PTS

Would appreciate if someone with PTS access could answer these questions:
  1. Does Overload still cost one GCD to activate?
  2. Does swapping to your other bar (on which you have a different ult slotted) cause you to exit Overload mode? Or is it only deactivated when you cast it again?
  3. Do overload light/heavy attacks still consume ulti when not targeted at anything?

    I seriously thought that initializing overload would be faster without the 3rd bar. But not so...

    You can turn OL on with 25 ult. It stops ult gain. You can't use OL til you have 72 ult. That has problems written all over it.

    It sounds like if you start OL at 25 ult you are sunk. You can't generate ult and NEVER get to 75. New, casual players are going to fall all over this.

    Tbh they should probably let us build ult even while OL is active. It isn't strong enough to cut ult gen like that.

    I may have to check that again, but when you can activate OL you can shoot at least one or two LAs.

    Last I knew, Crushing didn't work with OL, or is it just that no one bothered due to lack of weaveability?

    Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

    IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
    I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
    Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS
