Pre purchased digital game, still have not received access code.

So I bought the digital imperial edition on 3/31/14 hoping id get an email after the purchase for early access, but instead got an email saying they'd email me closer to launch for early access when early access had already begun. never got an email with my code for early access or the actual game. on my account billing history the game is there but under purchased games..... nothing. just wondering if someone else has had this issue.

    If you ordered from Zenimax, you shouldn't have to wait for any code.

    If you ordered from anywhere else, then it wouldn't show up under account billing, because you would've been billed by the retailer instead. If this is the case, you need to get in contact with the retailer, and ask why you haven't received your necessary code.

    I did purchase from zenimax but under purchased games it says nothing and i can't log into the game client.

    You might wish to contact your bank and ask if any charges were attempted and subsequently blocked for whatever reason. It sounds like Zenimax never received payment and therefore your account has not received access to the game.

    i read a similar issue did you do anything to violate ToS during beta?

    I have this issue as well. When I talked to customer service they said that my purchase was showing up but, for some reason, the game code hadn't applied automatically to my account. They supposedly forwarded it up to higher techs. I'm able to login to the website but not the game, though I was able to get in until Thursday. I know that my game is bought and paid for and my husband bought his at the same time from the same bank account but he's logging in fine.

    ETA: I also can't view my billing history at all because it just brings up a page not found whenever I click on it. And my account shows only Beta Access with no way to add a subscription but, like I said, the tech guy could see my purchase on my account, just not a game code.

    The quickest method of getting this resolved would be to set up a phone call with customer service. This is much faster than waiting for an e-mail response.

    exact thing that happened to me, i can see my billing though. I did call them but they also moved me up to the high elfs (thats what the guy called them). all in all it sucks, i though i would of been playing a week ago. as for violating the tos on beta, I highly doubt it. I rarely even used chat. just did quests.
