Each player can withdraw 1 item per day from the Free Bank.
When you reach High Karma levels for your generosity...... you can get a free decoration for your house..... or some cool Title or Mount or something.

qbit✭✭✭✭✭Cool for role players. Another horse feeding daily task for most. Also you’d have to have some reward for higher value items of more karma. And some kind of penalty of your karma based on the value of what you withdraw. Else this bank will be full of trash that no one wants. But if I could put my crown deadly poisons in there, I’d be down.

I wish they would have added charity into the game to start with. Whenever I saw a beggar in Skyrim, I gave them a gold coin or dropped stuff that they might pick up. I wish they would add this. It would also be cool to make it feel like your donations matter somehow. They could do this by making it so you can see a beggar that you gave coins to in a wealthy part of town doing well for themselves. The beggar could also thank you for helping them, and maybe you could do some quests for them as well.1 -

I've run across "beggars" in ESO - Solumar? Maybe that's one of them. Anyway, you can give some gold.... and you get a little XP for it. Or you can tell them to bug off....1 -
