I wish they would have added charity into the game to start with. Whenever I saw a beggar in Skyrim, I gave them a gold coin or dropped stuff that they might pick up. I wish they would add this. It would also be cool to make it feel like your donations matter somehow. They could do this by making it so you can see a beggar that you gave coins to in a wealthy part of town doing well for themselves. The beggar could also thank you for helping them, and maybe you could do some quests for them as well.
