PvP combat is the most fun and rewarding I have ever played in any mmo. It's the only reason I stuck around so long.

The bugs are annoying and the nerfs and rebuilding ur character over and over again but, I think in general eso has the best pvp for an mmorpg.

Honestly, im struggling with the fun side of it at the moment, im just finishing some of the summerset achievement's at the moment, maybe login for 30 minutes a day.

The reason, well the sweeping nerf's i guess, ive never completed vMA, built a magsorc, got the gear i wanted, now sorc will be useless, i dont have time to sit at my PS4 playing the game religously, real life you know, and i dont know if i wil stick around, left destiny for the same reason's, game got ruined.

    Anthem cannot come soon enough.

The Place by Tony Walsh Please Read
This is the place in the North West of England

It’s ace, it’s the best and the songs that we sing

From the stands, from our bands set the whole planet shaking

Our inventions are legends! There’s nowt we can’t make and

So we make brilliant music. We make brilliant bands

We make goals that make souls leap from seats in the stands

And we make things from steel and we make things from cotton

And we make people laugh, take the mick summat rotten

And we make you at home and we make you feel welcome

And we make summat happen, we can’t seem to help it

And if you’re looking for history then yes, we’ve a wealth

But the Manchester way is to make it yourself

And make us a record, a new number one

And make us a brew while you’re up, love. Go on!

And make us feel proud that you’re winning the league

And make us sing louder and make us believe it

that this is the place that has helped shape the world

And that this the place where a Manchester girl

Name of Emmeline Pankhurst from the streets of Moss Side

Led a Suffragette City with sisterhood pride

And this is the place with appliance of science

We’re on it, atomic, we strut with defiance

In the face of a challenge we always stand tall

Mancunians in union delivered it all

Such as housing and libraries, and health, education

And unions and co-ops, the first railway station

So we’re sorry! Bear with us! We invented commuters!

But we hope you forgive us – we invented computers!

And this is the place Henry Royce strolled with Rolls

And we’ve rocked and we’ve rolled with our own Northern Soul

And so this is the place to do business, then dance

Where go-getters and goal setters know they’ve a chance

And this is the place where we first played as kids

And me Mam lived and died here, she loved it she did

And this is the place where our folks came to work

Where they struggled in puddles, they hurt in the dirt

And they built us a city. They built us these towns

And they coughed on the cobbles to the deafening sound

Of the steaming machines and the screaming of slaves

They were scheming for greatness, they dreamed to their graves

And they left us a spirit, they left us a vibe

The Mancunian Way to survive and to thrive

And to work and to build, to connect and create and

Greater Manchester’s greatness is keeping it great

And so this is the place now we’ve kids of our own

Some are born here, some drawn here but we all call it home

And they’ve covered the cobbles, but they’ll never defeat

All the dreamers and schemers who still teem through these streets

Because this is a place that has been through some hard times

Oppressions, recessions, depressions and dark times

But we keep fighting back with Greater Manchester spirit

Northern grit, northern wit in Greater Manchester’s lyrics

And there’s hard times again in these streets of our city

But we won’t take defeat and we don’t want your pity

Because this a place where we stand strong together

With a smile on our face, Mancunians Forever

And we’ve got this* as the place where a team with a dream (*Forever Manchester)

Can get funding and something to help with their scheme

Because this is the place that understands your grand plans

We don’t do No Can Do, we just stress Yes We Can!

Forever Manchester’s a charity for people round ‘ere

You can fundraise, donate. You can be a volunteer

You can live local, give local. We can honestly say

We do charity differently, that Mancunian Way

And we fund local kids, and we fund local teams

We support local dreamers to work for their dreams

We support local groups and the great work they do

So can you …help us help… local people like you?

Because this is the place in our hearts, in our homes

Because this is the place that’s a part of our bones

‘Cos Greater Manchester gives us such strength from the fact

That this is the place. We should give something back.

Always remember. Never forget. Forever Manchester.

    Decorating my house. Seriously.

Used to be PvP, especially with my friendos, but that game mode has been continuously declining for reasons brought up three years ago.

PvE has always been boring. Boring rotations, boring mechanics, boring dungeons. White-Gold Tower is to this day my favorite Dungeon.

As in any RPG, I like progressing my main character, however. Showing off trophies in my house, dressing her in a sweet costume, stuff like that.

I enjoy things feeling fluid, natural. When certain skills are in harmony.

Early years i loved the PvE story. I did it all, completer finisher. But actually i stopped after base game & Orsinium really then had a resurgence of exploring after One Tamriel. I was a slow dungeon guy reading it all etc

I love the challenge of vMA. Getting that clear, working on clearing it faster / better. That was motivating.

Trials play disappointed me a little for end game, arena / classic 4 man is more my style. So i went PvP after that. And i agree that quality small scale is where its at.

I love leading a small team tactically to take the map. Enjoy the smaller fights. ZERG play is not for me nor farming AP and cheats i dispise boosting and feeding AP.

I like the alliance war to 'mean something' i want our side to win. I want to help push a legit emp even if i don't know them. I want them to stay on and help us paint the map. I want to win the campaign even if its arbitrary awards etc.

I love playing with IRL mates. But also those found in game and via this forum who are good people. Helpful people from Pros to Devs etc.

I also like HDR being back and the beautiful sunsets and views tho since hitting end game i have less time to wander. I'm busier now in game

It's standard MMORPG fare for me - exploration, questing, and regular new content as well as evolution in the game's structure so that it never gets stuck in a rut. An important aspect for me is also a casual playstyle, by not playing one character in one game for 5 or 6 hours every day it remains fresh and I don't get bored or burnt out.

I like the pvp, its fun, never the same, you need to adapt to your opponent and outskill him

Big scale pvp looks like seating in a bus
Small scale you actually make a difference and can do 1v1 or 4v4

The "fun" list is dwelling fast.

    1. I used to love PvP, a long time ago (annoying bugs and exploits aside). Now i moderately like it, but rarely go PvP.
    Reasons:
I loved that it meant something to be in an Alliance. We were suddenly interrupted in our PvE because our "home campaign" was being painted in another color. The rally was awesome. It meant something for both PvE'ers and PvP'ers alike. Now that what happens in Cyrodiil is meaningless for the rest of Tamriel, there's no urge to go there.
Also, well, nerfs and more nerfs to our Classes for nothing. Balance is exactly the same or worse, except that the classes on the OP side of the balance are different. It's a"change the bees but the honey remains the same" situation.
I used to love how reactive PvP was. Now between a little lag (220+ ping on NA) and anim cancel you can't see what's hitting you, you're fighting blind most of the time. I don't even look at death recap as I won't learn anything from it. The only thing I can learn is to have my defenses up at all times, which I already know.

    2. I used to love how itemmisation worked. Dropped sets had "slot" limitation and to me it was fun to study all sets and find combinations that could work. Now it's much more straight forward, use any 2 x 5 pieces sets + 2 monster and/or special weapons (make one set proc on one bar and get the another effect on another to get 2 more pieces is the most "complex" situation now) It's still fun to try out new combinations and jewelry crafting helped, but there's no need to put a lot of thoughts into it.

    3. Dungeons and "end game" content. I used to love it when it was a lot more inclusive. With the power gap becoming larger and larger, that content becomes more and more exclusive. Which means you either have the "right" friends, or you won't even set foot in there. And since it's more exclusive, the friends you have that might have joined in the past are simply not interested either. Finding people interested in this content, with the same time availability you have, is becoming increasingly difficult, as the population interested in that defines.

    4. Overland/quest content used to be fun and more rewarding. Now it's so easy it doesn't even makes sense (how do you defeat a Daedric Price in 5 secs?). I've managed to convince a very good friend of mine to play. She's now at level 24, had never played an MMO before, playing with a gamepad on PC and still learning the proper buttons and she finds Overland too easy. She was all exited about those little portals in Craglorn that spawn a somewhat tough boss and couldn't help but activate them when she saw one lol. When I asked her why she was doing that, despite dying a lot on those encounters, she clearly stated "it's because the other stuff is too easy". I'm playing with her on a CP 400+ EU account with sub-par gear so it's not that my CP are helping too much either. I can only imagine if I was playing with her on my NA account with 1k+ CP and almost BIS gear, she would yawn of boredom.

So, what's left? Well, for me it's mostly housing. It's the only activity that challenges me right now. Thinking of new ways to do new stuff that look good.
I also like to explore and enjoy the beautiful landscapes.
The rest I do in auto pilot.

Sorry for the text wall and thank you so much for asking :)

edit to add: the story lines are good too and sorry for the many syntax's errors (i've spotted a few), it's early in the morning for me and English is not my native language

    PvP

It's just plain fun. As long as there is no other mmo or game that has AvAvA this fun and on this or larger scale, i am not moving.

Yeah i also still play WWII Online but sometimes sitting in my tank for 2 hours guard duty can be boring. Especially when there finally is action and my tracks get blown of in the first minute.

The PVE here is a bit 'Meh' ......Still haven't finished Morrowind, or Summerset, or anything else for that matter, other than the Dungeons for the Monster hats, and the Trials.
it's just all very samey, pretty much identical to every other game, just with different lore (that I couldn't give a duck about).

We need more Puzzle type Quests, Quests that require you to use your brain, not just press buttons fast enough to kill stuff.
More repeatable quests that change based on the options you choose etc to give them more repeat play-ability.

Everything atm is very stagnant and blah. IMO ofc :)
