I am really questioning the decision to nerf all major expedition buff durations. I understand that too fast players were a problem in pvp but these skills are also needed for mobility when moving in the zone (eg. harvesting resources, discovering locations, questing, clearing dwelves and public dungeons) and speed running dungeons. Furthermore, having enough movement speed is key mechanic in Cloudrest, March of Sacrifices and Asyulum. Recasting speed buffs every 4 second is huge resource drain. This will force players to use expensive speed potions in PvE while not really doing much to players in PvP who are already using speed potions or using Coward's Gear and Fiord's.
I'd rather see a nerf to maximium speed than this. or attach it to battle spirit as suggested by Eso_nya below.
ps. We need to nerf Divines. It is OP with steed mundus now.
