Greenshade quests cannot continue game

Several people in Vet content are stuck on "Retaking the Pass" at "Close the shadow Rifts: 0/3". When you close the rift it goes away and you do not get credit. Without doing this main quest you cannot proceed on to EP territory for VR ranks 6-10. Several people and myself have finished every other main quest in AD territory. Is there a chance of getting this fixed so we can progress on to EP content?

Anything on this? We don't like DC therefore you cannot continue the game? (*cough* that you paid for *cough*)

Same issue here. No fix for several days, and speaking to a GM they were unable to bump the quest forward.

This is really not acceptable.

Its not just those on veteran content for the other fractions, this bug is blocking progression of the main story line for AD players.

Just a small update - it looks like this is a known issue and has already been fixed for the next patch we'll publish. We're looking to see if we can have Support help you guys get unblocked in the meantime.

Would like to know when this patch is released , still cannot progress to the next faction and endgame. Really sucks how this only affects one faction , which is Daggerfall.

Its not just Daggerfall, AD has this as well in there general leveling.

If support has to manually do this for every player stuck on this, i feel for them.

If this is the case though should we put in a ticket for this or do you want that info in the thread.

its still broken, ill try an ingame ticket and see if i can get it advanced on my log so i can progress out of the zone.

there was another rollback in there today too, only one for me but, ouch

Yeah. I opened a ticket, too. Now i hope the support can advance me through. I am a story focused player, so I really don´t like skiping this whole arc.

Got the same annoying problem with this quest. I've asked customer service to help me with the quest so I can move on, but they don't seem very willing. Just got the standard did you try this or that, which has nothing to do with a bugged quest. Hope for a fix soon.

They said they know what the problem is, and that it's fixed. The problem is that they haven't published it yet. What are they waiting for?

It will get fixed. ZOS knows about it. For the AD players you can just go around it and complete it later. For DC well go kill some AD in Cryodiil

I have not encountered any of these bugged quests yet. Kind of funny if you ask me. Most of the time I end up explaining to morons what they're doing wrong as in most cases people aren't following the quest markers properly or reading the quest properly. The only slightly bugged quest was unsafe haven and it was simply do to once again morons not allowing something to fully respawn because they do not understand the quest. It's kind of sad that zeni has to cater to the influx of *** due to the current MMO scene dumbing down their games to compensate for the lack of intelligence.
