Most annoying Quest-NPC

✭Someone else....Two NPC’s that are quest givers annoy me in Summerset.
I don’t know either of their names but the first is a beggar when I go into town (the one that starts the main quest), I go to the fighters guild and every time I hear “Mara.. help me find my son.."
The second is the lady near the northern part of the map on the road near the college thing, who I swear teleports and as I ride by her practically screams "Hail mighty warrior!"

Like I’m very certain it was a ZOS employee making place holder audio that was meant to be replaced later. Like the acting was almost as if the woman was joking around and just having a laugh. Because she knew it was place holder audio that was never going to make it to live. Like it was almost sarcastically overacted to the point of joking absurdity. But it went live. And it’s so bad and stands out. It’s a lol thing.0

Yep. I like the concept of a Mad God, but I don't find Sheogorath very believable. His voice grates on me too, and - perhaps because of that - I don't find his madness very convincing. I sped through the Mages Guild questline so I could put him firmly behind me.0 -
