    I see you are a bit of a tato from your comments, 50% dodge chance top lul.
    Yes. Wings will be better than harness. The cast time kills it and that is bad.

    But harness on live is better than wings. Harness works on everything and pays for itself, wings works on about 30% of ranged abilities. The removal is OK, but harness is the better defense.

    Shuffle is on live, and on PTS better. Wings gives 2s of immunity and 4 projectiles for 6s. Shuffle gives 2.5s (up to 3.5s) and 25% on every aoe for 20s (i think) that is every siege, most ults, every ground based ability, hurricane and spin2win, jabs, talons etc doing a quarter less damage.
    Shuffle can be unchained too, costing about 500, wings can't and always costs around 3700. Shuffle is used on speedy classes with things like roll, wings is used on DKs.

    I'd take shimmering, ritual and cloak over wings any day. Both so much better in the meta.
    Oh guess what, DK got direct nerfs too, only other class beside sorcs. (aware that evasion hurts aoe, but that affects DK and others too) Whip is 1m less, and costs more despite DK having the tied highest magicka drain according to fear turbo.

    But, to humour you, here we go...
    why do you think shackle became bis?

    I run Shackle. Even with Shackle, I still have to be mindful of what magicka-costing abilities I use, because I can run dry very quickly. If I cast wings in a fight that really doesn't need it, I just wasted 3.5k magicka that could have been used on something like the shield, to give me Major Mending, or chains, as a gap closer that also grants Major Expedition, or Volatile, though I prioritise this regardless, or Petrify, which I'll get to later. Contrary to popular belief, your class isn't the only class with resource issues.

    This applies to all magicka builds in general, not just magsorcs, especially with the snare and speed meta the game is currently in.

    And yes, I 100% agree that magicka builds are suffering in this patch if they cannot afford to roll or break free several times in a row. That is less an issue with class discrepancies, more an issue with the disparity between magicka and stamina with regards to how many snares people are running nowadays. I firmly believe magicka needs some help in this department, and that Zenimax is going in the right direction with the snare and sprint cost reduction changes to light armour.

    Stamblades don't need 15k+ magicka, since the main use of their magicka is cloak, and cloak should be used situationally and strategically.

    Never claimed that I wanted it, now you're putting words in my mouth. In fact, I hold the exact same sentiment to you. Not all classes should have access to the exact same tool set. They should have access to important tools, but not all of the tools in the kit.

    Yes, this is the norm in no-CP, which is where I play.
    This is why sets like seducer, lich, amber, bone pirate, shackle, necro, hulking, max or sustain sets have become most common over the years.

    Again, I'm running Shackle. My stamDK actually runs 5 Shackle, 5 Veiled Heritance and 2 Troll King (though I might swap to Bloodspawn), in no-CP. 5/1/1. So, way to go making another assumption about how I play.

    All classes have been forced to stack sustain. Again, your class isn't the only one with sustain issues. You said it yourself, everybody runs a sustain set alongside a damage set, especially in no-CP.
    Wings can definitely be compared buddy in this upcoming patch. you mitigate staffs and bows near completely.

    Read my last 2 comments on the state of wings. The cap is low, if I'm facing against even 2 ranged players, it drops within a second. It doesn't reflect or mitigate ultimates. It has several special cases. And it currently has a bug where it occasionally lets a projectile through.

    If you want to go through my wings, either start some heals and focus me with ranged abilities to bring wings down (as it will starve my magicka having to recast it every second), wait until about 4 seconds into wings then start attacking me (it has a weird 4 second "timer", where if I'm not hit by a projectile in the first 4 seconds, the last 2 seconds won't reflect anything, again, there was a thread about this a while ago), hit me with an ultimate (wings doesn't protect me against ultimates), or wait until wings is about to go down, then lock me in a CC and move in for the kill.

    Also, "buddy" gave me a good chuckle, thanks for that. Can taste the salt from over here!
    tell me how many people you see are dw, 2h or sword and board in pvp.

    Literally all stamina, and tanky magDK's and magplar's. The only stamina builds that run bow/bow are ranged gankers, which tend to spec fully into damage, and so drop super quick when put under any sort of pressure. Even still, bow/bow isn't too common, as most gankers run 2h/bow or dw/bow, in case they are forced into a melee fight. MagDK and magplar can run sword and board in PVP, typically slotting an ice staff on the back bar, because of how innately tanky the classes are.

    This seriously just goes to show how much tunnel vision you have.

    Yes, but, again, there are ways around wings. And, as I and several others have outlined, Major/Minor Evasion counters all classes that utilise AOE. You're making all this noise about the wrong thing, my dude.

    DK's do have very strong options for CC, because the entire class is designed around controlling the fight, and DK pretty much requires that control to do anything. Seriously. DK lacks the burst that other classes have, as well as an execute. A lot of DK's damage comes from dot's, which requires the CC to be able to apply and prevent the person from healing or purging before the dot's can build up.

    Though, I wouldn't say DK's CC is the best in the game. NB's fear would have that award, in my opinion.
    Where is my counter play to fossilize? where is my wing breaker set? in fact when i doge role your fossilize, i only hurt my self by wasting stamina then guarantee you to set up your entire burst if you have a dragon leap ready.

    Your counterplay is to prevent getting hit by fossilize in the first place, and if you do, break free. DK is a very slow class, and cannot keep up with faster classes, of which the two classes I think you're whining about being ruined (Sorc and NB, if I'm wrong, let me know), have some of the best mobility in the game.

    Rune Cage got nerfed because it was an outright broken CC that applied at max range, on an already very strong class. Even still, it may come to surprise you that I don't agree with the pile of nerfs that Rune Cage received. In my opinion, Zenimax needs to revert the nerfs, fix the break free, since Rune Cage was a CC that had a buggy break free, and then go about bringing it back in line. I'd start by bringing the range down a tad, not so far as to it is useless, but far enough to where I can't be on the other side of a BG map and get thrown into Rune Cage by some random Sorc I can't even see.

    And now we're getting to the meat and potatoes, the actual reason you made this thread. You feel somewhat offended that Zenimax nerfed your class(es) (of which, as I said, I agree with you, the nerfs are way out of line), and now want them to nerf every other class...

    Also, just to get this out there, wings isn't even the strongest projectile immunity skill. Warden's Shimmering Shield is. Protects against a flat amount of damage from projectiles (better than straight 4 projectiles, meaning light attacks from bows and staves won't be equal to a spectral bow proc), returns an amount of magicka for each projectile absorbed, and grants Major Heroism. As ak_pvp said, I'd take that over wings any day.

    I’ve played dk for so long and in fossilize current state it’s counter play is range. You roll backwards and at least use your thumbs you can get out of range. But while he’s trying to compare rune cage meteor to it he fails to realize you press rune and press your ult you’ve got a kill. It’s almost crazy to admit to how many times I’m pressing fossilize trying to get them cced because of the wild range lmao.

    And, again, even those snares have been nerfed with the changes to light armor. ;)
    Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

    A rng chance to dodge something was absolute cancer, and needed to be removed.

    Oh, you have been rewarded because rng gods says so, this kind of gameplay is not compelling, not thought provoking, has no skill involved whatsoever, and adds nothing to the game, good riddance.

    For shields though, shields are supposed to be reactive defense, the 1 sec change will get you killed before you can react if someone lines up good burst on you, and it makes light armor builds completely trash in pvp.

    The new passive for light armor is garbage, but zos said, this change is supposed to make light armor more attractive in both pvp and pve, well, i'm not attracted at all, to those passives, 100% useless, if you are snared, that few % won't help, and also, run cost on light armor?? Please stop with that kind of garbage, is it gonna make light armor better? marginally? But if you commit to make light armor more compelling for pvp and pve, why make such a garbage trait, while nerfing the core function of shields? That 9 seconds isn;t gonna do ***, because it's still to low to shield stack like before they were nerfed from 20 sec, but if someone attacks you, the 3 sec more won;t help you at all, while the 1 sec cast time makes you very prone to be bursted.
