Does anyone use it and why? I'm genuinely curious as to if people use it, and why they would use it. I can see the magickasteal morph being useful maybe, but idk.

✭✭✭✭✭Yes people use it. The first reason is for the healing. One of the morphs also grants magika steal. Not every healer uses it but have seen it used by healers in strong raiding groups.1 -

✭✭✭I would say that healers are far more likely to use blood alter. It's duration is really long, it has a really large AoE and grants a really strong synergy. So most people use that and either elemental drain or radiant aura for the Magicka steal.1
