Adrenaline Rush in current form:

I'd like to see this:
Red Diamond:
Upon successful melee attack: heal for 5000 health, 6 second cooldown. (Value's can be adjusted accordingly)
Current Passive:
Your melee attacks have a 10% chance to restore 6% of your Max Health
Health threshold numbers for scale:
- 10,000 health: 600 health back
- 20,000 health: 1200 health back
- 30,000 health: 1800 health back
- 40,000 health: 2400 health back
- 50,000 health: 3000 health back
- 100,000 health: 6000 health back
Note these values would be effected by battle spirit in pvp or any healing buffs/debuffs.
If you compare the two talents with identical players with both 30,000 health this is what you get:
Red Diamond (30k hp): melee attack shave a 10% chance to restore 6% (1800) hp
Adrenaline Rush: Your melee attacks restore 792 Stamina. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.
Now does this look fair?
Red Diamond: Your melee attacks heal for 5000 health, 5 second cooldown. (equals 500 hp regen in pvp; if 100% uptime)
Adrenaline Rush: Your melee attacks restore 792 Stamina. 5 second cooldown. (equals 316 stamina regen; if 100% uptime)
Should Red Diamond not be effected by battlespirit/buffs or debuffs?! (So theres no big difference between pvp and pve due to battle-spirit) ?

The passive is really good as is you just don't know it
