✭Kind of, the new changes are heading toward a good direction.I think making dark exchange insta cast would be nice, bit tick of resources then smaller ticks over 20 seconds is nice tho. Add a 5 second cooldown or something to it.
Shields 1 second interruptable cast is a bit much, making them like streak and cost increasing would have been better.

Methariorn✭✭✭I've not tested them out yet, but on paper, I'm disappointed.I'll test it but on paper is rip magicka sorc: why the only class/build that it depends on shields for survive must deal with a cast time? Block, rolldodge, cloack are all istant and every defence should stay istant. Shields don't last one GCD vs someone good. Add that magicka sorcs don't have a class spammable, got a telegraphic bust and lack a strong damage ultimate (you must be 100% potato to get killed by overload slow travel bullet or be in a zerg fight and don't see them coming).Methariorn sorc EU server AD

I think whoever came up with the 1 second nerf is either a stam-only player, or a troll and should be fired from ZOS immediately.7 -

PvP had little counter play past applying more DPS than could be shield spammed or sustained through.
PvE they became invulnerablity in most cases. You could just shield your way through all the mechanics.
