LOL...people aren't happy with just "participation" trophies anymore...they don't even wanna participate...
    ...pretty much this.

Show up to get the free stuff.
Show up a lot to get the good free stuff.
    Or do without.
    Same as any other thing...
Do the thing to get the thing...
    ...or do without the thing.
No matter iof its playing the quests for the quest rewards, slaying monsters for expees, PvPing for alliance points, ganking for TV stones, training your riding, collecting books for mages guilds advancement, stealing for legerdemain and TG, doing DB quests for that, researching traits, slaughtering daedra and undeas for fighters guild, running around maps for psijic order, farming resources in some regions for special drops, or logging a lot in for free rewards.

OK, you guys win. I will accept your argument that if you really wanted to you could log in, no matter what is going on in your life, but please for the love of all that is holy tell me what rig you are running that you can turn on, log into Windows, log into ESO, get through the loading screens, collect your reward, log off, power down PC in 2 minutes, because if you seriously can I am buying that tomorrow.

My PC turns on in 10 seconds :)

This tweet sounds like the Murkmikre DLC will be the reward for getting to November 23rd (Black Friday in US). So not full month of logins.

This will make some people happy, I would hope.

I totally agree! I was on a holiday and play on xbox so I for one, miss the 100k reward and I don’t have a lot of ingame gold so it was very welcome. But oh well, too bad.

THERE. IS. NO. ALTERNATIVE. TO. A. DAILY. LOGIN. REWARD.

    PERIOD.

    DAILY. LOGIN.

    EVERY. DAY.

If you cant take 5 mins or less to turn on your system every day and click a button then you dont deserve the rewards.

They shouldnt let you play catch up, They shouldnt make them static, They shouldnt do anything other than what they are doing now. This is a reward for dedicated players. Not “I played 5 times this month but still think I deserve the same reward as people who log in every day” players.

    Grow up. Seriously.

Two jobs yesterday. Turned on the xbox for one minute. Reward claimed. Went to bed. That was hard.

I am going to miss out on the big reward at the end due to being out of town for 3 days in the beginning of the month. It is sad :( But it was my choice to not log in while I was away.

Should be an alternative to get it atleast since even the most loyal to games can't login every day

You have to ask yourself, why can't I log into a game for 5 minutes. Then you need to solve this problem. Reading this thread makes me Lol over my morning coffee. First you have folks who go on 'vacation', then people talk about work 'scheduling', neglecting your spouse/other half. Almost every excuse not to do something when the only real excuse to not log in might be real life emergencies.

Any complaining done about this is just an excuse. Be responsible and accommodate for yourself and if you don't want to do that then it's not the company's fault when you lose out.

Spoken like someone who truly doesn’t understand.

I’m on call 24/7. If work calls me at 0645 to head in for 0730, I can’t say “sure, I’ll be there, just give me a chance to log into ESO and collect my daily rewards.” When I get home after 12+ hours of work and only have two hours of free time before I have to go to bed, then yeah, I’m going to spend that time with my spouse whom I have not seen all day because I was busy caring for other people.

The previous reward system was far more forgiving for people who are not able to log into the game every single day. It’s clear that they’re pushing towards a 30-31 day login reward system now.

It sucks, but hey, it’s just free stuff at the end of the day. There are more important things in life, like vulnerable sick people entrusted to your care, and the people you love.
