Cannot set up payment method just sends me back to login

Hi I'm currently having an issue with setting up a gametime subscription. Whenever i go to redeem my code and set up a payment method when I get into choosing what type of payment to use it sends me back to the login screen. Any fix to this?

    I'm having an issue with just getting to the subscription page! I figure it would be smack dab in my face but I can't see it!

    Have you tried registering the game you got first?

    When you register the retail key it immediately kicks you over to setting up a subscription. You need to complete that before you can actually register your game.

    I'm having the same issue with not finding a way to subscribe. I bought the Imperial Edition (digital) online through a 3rd party. I've been playing for several days and just got my imperial codes today. The codes are not working and I can't find a way to subscribe anywhere! Ah, nevermind, I figured it out. I had 3 codes that were all together and I didn't realise they were separate. :p

    Ah I have the codes I'm just not able to set up a payment plan because whenever I choose a type of payment it sends me back to login screen saying I needed to be registered which I am.

    got a msg today that the issue has been escalated to gamemaster status. I don't know what that even means and I wasn't contacted at all after that

    Issue is still not resolved and their costumer support keeps sending me generic answers for problems that I did not even state in my replies
