Error 326 Character Locked

    They basically said they have no idea what is going on, but they would email if they figure it out.

    Geeze, that's unfortunate. I had a feeling my name was pushing it but if I had known they'd lock my character for it I would have just chosen something else.

    Good grief... I have been following this thread and I am disappointed that no one has solved this issue for you yet.

    I don't understand what the problem is with having a name like Schwarzfuchs.

    It's not offensive and it does not break lore.

    Come on ZOS team, please restore these guys' accounts!

    I understand that you want to make this game friendly to RP'ers but putting everyone, including us PvE'ers and PvP'ers, all on the same server was a really bad idea.

    I already resorted to making another character. Especially if I'm looking at waiting a couple of days before even hearing back from them. I'm really disappointed with how their support team has handled everything.

    I created another character, but really have no want to go through 20 levels again of the same quests to try and catch up to all of my friends and guild.

    Even just saying what the error code actually means, and how long the character is locked would be a start, but there has been absolutely no information given.

    I am finally unlocked. It seems it takes really long between the return mail and the unlocking but dont give up hope, as it seems they are really working, even if it takes some time, too much time if you ask me, but what can you do.
    Had now changed my name here in forum too (many thanks to ZOS_JonasQ) to FlynnBlackfox to avoid problems

    yup i got the same problem mate.... been locked for 2 days now, sent 2 tickets without any answer from them, posted on forum and i got a ZOS to contact costumer support and now it says {We have contacted our Customer support team to help you solve your issue.} on my post, that was yesterday and yet no answer from them.. I just sent a phone ticket to see if I can talk to someone..

    Seems sketchy that they want this much information via email. They had the previous thread of emails attached to this one also though. Safe to send my info away? What's throwing me off is the Secret question and answer part. Almost every site tells its users never to give away answers or passwords to technical support.

    The company has access to certain account information and may ask you over the phone to confirm ur address and that kindof thing but NEVER ask for your secret question and answer.

    Yes, don't send any of that info!!! It looks very suspicious and not ZOS at all - they always put some funny greetings/regards, like "Let Mara guide you" or sth. similar and never ask for private info.

    Yeah I thought that was sketchy, since the answer would just be to prove who I am. Not for them to access my account. How does this happen though?? How did someone get access to the thread of emails I exchanged with tech support and email me from another tech support email??

    might have a logger or trojan on your personal computer or a packet sniffer. Do you have a good firewall enabled

    The email it was sent from is ESO_Help@helpmail.elderscrollsonline.com. I don't know what to do. I want my problem fixed but I don't want to send all that info out. I might send maybe one or two of the details they asked for, but not security question and answer or last 4 digits.

    Hmm, the email address isn't right, it should be "ESO_Help@elderscrollsonline.com". I think you should report this here on official page, as it looks seriously wrong. Where are you from (what country)?

    i am sorry may be legit but there is no way i would ever provide that information they can look on my account and call the number on there and ill verify on the phone. sorry nope NEVER had a company do this and ive been mmo's since 2004.
