Not really sure how that is considered offensive in a game where there are Gods, Daedric Princes, and the like. So far I have sent 4 or 5 emails, one in game bug report, and 2 requests for a phone call and have not heard one single word back from them. Not even a "We're sorry, we don't know whats going on but we are working on it." Or a "We are sending this to the group that deals with this" kind of thing. Obviously I want my character unlocked, but at the very least i would like some acknowledgment that they know I am locked out.

Although the character name was "Yunalesca The War Wh ore". It is a bit disappointing there is no reason in the kick or lock. Shouldn't have to contact support regarding this.

I am 34 years old, and did nothing to be punished, its not my fault that zenimax considers the animal fox in german offensive (but they have the animal in the game and in the german translation its the same as my name was. LOL. What an offensive game, isnt it ?).
Really hope you guys get unlocked soon

Greetings!
Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team.
Players who remember their old password can also change it from the account management page under the Security section. Click on Change Password, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Players can follow the steps below to change their account password on https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/login:
On the Sign-In screen, click on Forgot Password?
Provide the account information required (First Name, Last Name, and E-mail Address) and click Continue.
Answer the security question and click on Continue.
At this point, players should automatically receive an e-mail sent to their registered e-mail address with instructions on how to change their password. Follow the instructions contained in the e-mail.
Players who do not receive a confirmation e-mail documenting their request should first check their spam folders for the e-mail. Adding no-reply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com to the e-mail account's "safe senders" list helps reducing the risk of it being sent to a spam folder.
Enter a new password and click on Reset Password.
Players should contact our dedicated Customer Support team if they experience any difficulties when following the steps listed above.
A player can now have the e-mail address linked to their account changed. In order to complete this change, a player must contact Customer Support and be able to verify their account. Often, this type of change is requested maliciously in an effort to steal an account, so the utmost security is in place to ensure the security of each player's account information.
Once the account has been verified, a player will be able to work with Customer Support to make updates to the account information, including the e-mail address linked to their account. Be sure that the new e-mail address being added to the account is active and secure.
A player can now have the UserID on their account changed. In order to complete this change, a player must contact Customer Support and be able to verify their account. Often, this type of change is requested maliciously in an effort to steal an account, so the utmost security is in place to ensure the security of each player's account information.
Once the account has been verified, a player will be able to work with Customer Support to make updates to the account information. It is a good idea to have a few UserID options ready prior to contacting Customer Support. This ensures that you leave the interaction with an acceptable UserID (in case your first choice is already taken). Please keep the following in mind when selecting a new UserID:
The UserID will be shared with other players in-game.
Must contain 3 to 20 characters and start with a letter.
May contain alphanumeric [a-z, A-Z, 0-9] characters. Each character can repeat no more than 3 times
A single period, hyphen, apostrophe, and underscore are allowed.
UserID cannot start or end with symbols.
UserID cannot contain spaces.

And at the end of the email it said "Status: Solved." I am still locked out and made certain to tell them that this is in no way solved.
80+ hours, still locked.
I wouldn't have even minded time wasted farming racial styles, thousands sunk in inv space, 17k horse if only they communicated clearly about lock and it's duration. Would've simply made new char immediately instead of hanging in this limbo, falling behind in trait research and getting support tickets ignored or replied to with completely irrelevant information. Nothing ever came out of getting it escalated to special team couple days ago either.
