Just called Amazon about my Physical Imperial Edition I purchased back on Jan. 30th.

CAN ANYONE SAY FOR SURE... If I cancel my Amazon preorder and purchase directly from elderscrollsonline.com or other retailers will I keep all of my current bonuses and characters?!?!

ZOS_AlanGadminIf you cancel your physical edition order, and purchase a digital Imperial Edition instead, you can keep the Explorer's Pack pre-order bonus.
To do this, will need to contact customer support and demonstrate that your account had an early access code applied to it. The easiest way to do this is to submit a support ticket with the same address your game account is registered to.
