My character won't always attack ?

Ive experienced quite a few times now that when I click my left mouse button my character won't always attack, this is getting quite frustrating I must admit, and has quite a few times gotten me killed during a fight :/

Anyone else with this issue at all ?

    Yea it's battle lag

    In most cases it's caused by lag. It's one of the reasons I find the ESO's combat to be a bit clunky.

    I had this issue a few days ago during a "kill the envoy" quest. I watched someone else whack away while I couldn't do anything. Very frustrating.
