Crates why some got 10 others 5?

They gave out the fore wolf pet and twitch crates on ps4 etc i got 5 crates wife got 10 whats the deal why the difference?

✭✭There were 2 different events. One for Quakecon, one for Pax. Both gave 5 crates and the pet, but obviously the pet can only be received once.PS5 EU.0 -

There are a lot of bugs in their twitch crates system. I have had a friend just get 5 one day for no particular reason. I have received two instead of one when buying a month sub through twitch (got and extra month sub as well though I don't know if I was charged twice as well). I also think that they stiffed me on the crate for buying the last two sub re-ups that I bought on twitch though this is a little harder to tell because I watch so many streams for crates and with the delays on the crates from that and from purchases it can be hard to be sure.
In any case, the whole twitch thing is just full of bugs. I'm sure there is some guy silently cackling at home right now because he gets 5x a day for some such buggy reason like maybe he created a character during one of the con events and every time he logs in it now thinks there has been another conference and needs to deal out 5 crates.I am currently worried for the future of ESO. Population seems like it is in free fall and the cancellation of the North America in-person gathering feels very much like pulling the plug. Kudos on fixing the in-game economy though. Clearly whatever gold shenanigans were happening the last couple years are fixed.0 -
