Emily I am heart broken that you flipped. Sweetheart there's nothing that can't be undone.
Mistress I'm right about this ***.
Emily, please come home.

Yea, pop is down for sure and not just in Kyne. Even Sotha is pretty quiet off-hours, and Shor is nearly always dead save for a few hours at night. Vivec has people all around, but even in that campaign there isn't always an organized group on for each faction.
Midyear Mayhem was pretty fun because all 3 factions were poplocked, but man is it weird that this only happens like once a year now.
Glad I'm not the one that did all the trash talking about flip floppers, judging their character and integrity. I'd be looking pretty silly right now.

Difference between trash players flipping for AP farming, and those who have had issue with other players within a faction. But like most things, people only see what the wish to see.
Wouldn't you agree?

Good for, Em. Saw her on an ep in IC. On pvp population, @Lumsdenml, you know the answer to that question.
.
Several reasons I'd say,
Game performance
What ppl perceive as class imbalance.
Boredom
New games, etc.
The things that kill every game that has come along.
Every good thing comes to an end at some point.

Pvp, decrease for sure.
I think pop has increased in spurts and we’ve had small influx of new players but new players are very quickly put off by the rampant toxicity of even their own faction players making fun when they ask for groups, enemy juvenile behavior, teabagging, etc.
I’m constantly wondering “WTF is wrong with other ESO players that they don’t see how their behavior is discouraging to new players”
This is Kyne, the newbie campaign and rather than rolling out the welcome mat, most players grief and 1vX new players relentlessly to the point they quickly develop a negative view of ESO PvP. What The *** is wrong with you all...???

I've been down this road. What I quickly learned was that the forums are not the place for new players to address those concerns. I was given excuses, trash talked and inundated with stupid memes.

I’m not sure I follow. I am not a new player. Memes and trash talk cannot mask the fact that the behavior of Kyne players is the biggest factor in the low pop levels and overall negative appeal of the campaign.
New players may not post here, but the regulars can’t pretend to be oblivious as to what their relentlesss zerging and constant negative behavior brings about. Why would people keep logging into a map to be zerged at every possible fight.
