I mean yeah I messaged you to attack AD because they had 2 bars at 4 AM needing one keep to emp, and EP was busy attacking DC's last link to Aleswell (Dclaw) for some reason. If you want a balanced map, you kinda have to prioritize the biggest threat first. Even if that means wiping repeatedly. We have done the same a number of times, helping EP when we needed to to stop AD from emping (and occasionally, vice-versa).

You said you couldnt group because of Internet, something I really find dubious. But hey, try to find someone else on EP who can. Ive been definitely been in a position where we wiped everywhere we went. That is when you reach out to other people, in your faction or otherwise, to make things happen. Doesnt mean they will happen today. ***, even Liellana at some point started leading groups, so you know things were bad.

When ep players repeatedly try to take an objective, same as AD, they get rolled by a large force.

I agree with this in part. When I log on and see DC has the emp ring and all the scrolls, I usually log back off and go play on a vet server (unless they’re lagging badly), and I think it would be good if more DC did this. Having only a handful of enemies online creates a shortage of PvP, which is what drives 15 people to zerg down 3 at a resource.

I usually read the forums when good old maintenance hits Aus at our peak time. That's my one and only whinge!
Kyne is cyclical... A short while ago AD had dominance, and DC whinged their butts off. DC now dominates, and AD have to suck it up. EP will have their turn eventually.

Overall I think the PvE pop is up a bit... One Tamriel has been excellent in that regard. I sincerely hope ZOS put some love into PvP to drag some of those PvE guys into Cyro. I still play Kyne mainly due to the lag I suffer in busier campaigns. In a few months I move to a new house which is on the faster National Broadband Network (NBN) and my biggest fear is that I'm just as average as I am now. I'm old, and haven't got the dexterity of some of you whippersnappers.

Still love the game, and even enjoy getting my butt kicked in Kyne on a regular basis - it's part of the fun and learning process.

I have only been in kyne once in the last couple months, only toon I have is a hybrid tanker nb. Spend most of my time roaming in the vet campaigns, with bad internet. I always laugh a little at that excuse, everyone lags in viv, that's when you head to ic, shor, sotha, or bgs.

I have trouble coming back to kyne, makes me slow. Only way to improve is to challenge yourself.

AD had plenty of pop last night, but that's because they were trying to emp that one GM. 3 bars on a Sunday night still couldn't beat a mighty 2 bars of DC and 1 bar of EP...

Maybe they should play all-around instead of just when they're trying to emp...

Maybe, just maybe if you more experienced players actually encouraged the newer players regardless of faction, instead of the salty whispers and hate, kyne might be a little more palatable to the new pvp'rs.. Own faction hate is unbelievable, I don't know what its like it DC or EP but in AD there are some players who are just horrible in zone every single time they play, now Im guilty of yelling in zone about more siege, and don't agro the guards and yep, some days your frustration level hits an all time high, no one is perfect. But if we could just get more teaching and encouragement over sarcasm and salty whispers, it might help the campaign. It really is a toxic campaign all around and its no wonder we cant entice new players to stay longer than unlocking vigor.

I can only speak for AD (which I flirted with a few months ago) and DC (my one true love), and while I agree that my experience with AD zone matches yours, DC is positive or quiet 99% of the time. We just don't have the salty, trolly players here, or maybe they save it for whispers to you guys, and that could be why DC has the numbers advantage it does right now. Don't worry, though. Our success will likely be our downfall, as a new crop of trolls rises from our fertile soils to infest zone chat with talk of "noob zergling" and "git gud", driving the future generation of pvpers away from DC.

DC zone chat, 90% of the time consists of idle silly chit chat most of which can't be repeated on the forums. There are occasional outbursts from someone who is hungry, grumpy and has lost their minds. Not me of course as I am the epitome of civility.

I had an epiphany trying to retake Fare the other day. EP had sej, BRK, Chal and a scroll; a significant chunk of the map. Semi large DC group came to Fare after we flagged it and wiped the six of us. Wasn't sure why they would come there instead of get some of that EP territory and I was a bit pissed. But then I realized that they were just bored and wanted to PvP instead of PvE because there weren't any EP on at all. To DC's credit, only a few came back on our next attempt and once we had Fare, more AD got on and gave them some of the PVP they wanted at Nik, Roe and Ash.

When one faction has a significant population advantage, you can't really blame them for "zerging." You can't expect half of a faction's population to sit it out and just not play. Players will seek out action wherever they can get it. Crowns can mitigate that to some extent.

Either that or DC really does have it out for AD over EP! ;-P

It’s not about winning campaigns or fighting zergs. I think it’s more important to find people you enjoy playing with - winning or losing. it’s important to make some friends and have fun - a concept that most EP do not understand very well. (So grateful to My many friends to DC )

Regarding DC, yes there has been some zerging lately ; which is probably due to off prime time population dominance. Don’t worry, winds will change and some day EP and AD will be the ones zerging. It happens.

You are right, we have too many pointy ears but we like the Khajit too. Mmmm furrrrrrrr! -the Bosmer have a pretty nice dance but we might be willing to trade them for the orcs.
