Console Players; Do you feel valued as a customer?

pattyLtd✭✭✭✭✭I never really seen it as a console vs pc thing as i don't think they value one more then the other. It's all about money in the end of the day.
One is easier to patch for or role them out or whatever it's called..
I am sure they try their best and want eso to be great (since that leads to more money).
I also never have met a developer that doesn't care about his code but with pressure from deadlines and ALOT of *** code things get messy.
But I do have to admit that I don't understand alot of the decision they make and i am truelly surprised by the lack of testing.
At least we (console) have Sony or Microsoft forcing at least some level of quality control.English is not my native language, no grammar police please, tyvm0 -

Zos sees it, but ignores it, what are they gonna say, yeah were going to stoo what weve been doing and fix stuff, not likely. If were lucky they will throw something inthe first patch of the new year. I think thats what they said at ome time that the new year patch is where they will focus more on things like qol.0 -

✭No guild trader search and just too long a list of stuff to type out. Its epic don’t give AF levels as far as the GUI QoL. And it has been literally YEARS.

blunned✭✭✭I think this is relevant now more than ever. I think fixing a lot of the QoL issues on console would go a long way to restoring the confidence and good graces of the ESO console community that are currently so unhappy with the state of the game.1

Hateanthem✭✭✭✭I enjoy this game, I really do, but being in queueueueueueue for thirty minutes only to be kicked when the loading screen pops is really frustrating. I don't have this happen on really any other ps4 game.
Also, the message, "This may be an unusually long loading time" is completely wrong. Just have it state, "This will be a long load time" because there is nothing unusual about it.
I'll be going back to PC to play this game.3 -

The console users are just a cash cow, with no intention to be better supported, i.e QA tested updates, basic game QoL features...etc...4 -
MooseKnuckles88✭✭✭✭It'd be nice to have similar addons comparable to those of pc users, and the lag/load screens can be horrendous. Also, getting randomly kicked from servers every day sometimes multiple times a day gets old after a while.0

I've actually gotten to the point of considering No Man's Sky for my XboneX as my chill out with a glass of wine or beer after a hard day at work game to replace ESO. Yeah. No Man's Sky....it's friggin come to this...1

After unsubbing this week I went back to Destiny 2 after seeing all the excitement and hype around forsaken and I am not disappointed. The game has come a long way since I left (a little after curse of Osiris dropped). Definitely a little less “chill” but man is it fun now.

I tried it last too. Much better game now than when it launched.

✭✭To be honest, ESO is one "Pandaria 2.0" away to become a niche MMO again. IwakuraLain42✭✭✭✭✭Well, it’s still valid. After looking at the QoL stuff we got after 4 years it’s clear where their priorities lie. Let’s have a look, shall we ?
* text chat: only the most basic implementation, no tabs, no filter, no color options
* buff tracker: virtually unusable UI that floods your screen with a myriad of mysterious icons that are explained nowhere, have no relation to the skills and offer no filter at all
* search for traders: finally ....
If you want to know where their priorities lie you only need to look at the Twitch drops: that is a loyality program and guess what for which platform that has been offered exclusively ...
So yes, Consoles are just cash cows, plain and simple. Any comments by ZOS or the class reps that they care about us are just lies.
