redeemed my code but game not showing up in my games list so cannot play..

ok so i have tried everything.. yesterday i got the headstart + exploration pack i redeemed the code on my account which was successful and had an email to confirm this however, on my account page it states i have no games i have tried customer service which has not been a help iv requested multiple callbacks to no avail and iv even tried calling zenimax multiple times but no answer now i stated to them this could be because i got banned in the closed beta for streaming on twitch (first time doing a beta test and dident read the terms and conditions) however they told me in a email that this wouldent be the problem so whats going on why cant this be sorted i have payed good money for this game and i expect to be able to play it.

CamD89✭@felixgamingx1 yes like i stated this was my first beta i dident know the terms and conditions but a guy who replied from zenimax did say this dident mater but clearly it does because why is my game not showing up that i have purchased/redeemed0
