creating a ticket is near to impossible

have an issue logging in, browsing and scrolling in support makes it close to impossible to create a ticket if you have a question.
everything I click on seem to refer you to a page with general solutions and has no option like: was this info useful? if not click here to create a ticket....
it's stupidly frustrating and customer unfriendly

✭A lot of changes Chrome has made hasn't been the greatest move for users of it. Which is why I have gone to Firefox, which in my opinion runs and works faster. Also, I have found there are a few extensions that could be causing issues in chrome that could be causing your issue.
You could try https://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/utility#TDSSKiller just to see if anything could be infecting your system. Even though I use Norton Internet Security, at times I run TDSKiller to find problems. Granted I have only had to use it on my son's system because he is a better cook than computer guy.

not as in here are several solutions to general problems and no further options.
side note: I also had an issue with a crown item that was fixed in a general patch 2 months later, but didn't even get a reply on my ticket in those 2 months...0 -

✭✭Well when I need to make a ticket I find it as simple as- Log into the game
- Load character
- Press F1
- Click on "ask for help"
- Write ticket
- Click Submit
- Check my email in 4-6 hours for responce
- Reply to email if the first response wasn't helpful

did that because I was able to, I have 2 accounts. it's a bypass and you just pray someone answers and is willing to help on a subject that is not related to an ingame issue0 -
