New drink "Artaeum Takeaway Broth" does not work with Bone Pirate

So....they (ZOS) didn't want it to be a drink, and correctly they didn't flag it as a drink because it's a food. But they also didn't flag it as a food. And the art appears to be a liquid, but it's not.

The development process is as solid as a liquid non-food non-drink over there, isn't it?

It's honestly mind-blowing when you think about it like that.

So on June 4th @ZOS_GinaBruno commented in this thread and said they were looking into the concerns the player-base had with the item. Then, over TWO MONTHS later on AUGUST 7TH we are FINALLY graced with response from @ZOS_RobGarrett as to why The broth does not work with bone pirate. Do you think we do not notice the communication issues here? How did it take two months for someone to talk to the development team to get to the bottom of what their intentions were when they created the broth? It's literally walking over to a different part of the office and asking a question or sending an email and posting the response here. I am just completely flabbergasted at this. This is symptomatic of the larger issues that this game suffers from and why things take so long to get fixed and why everything is always "in a future patch"

    Hi all,

The Artaeum Takeaway Broth being labeled a "drink" is indeed a bug. The intent was to create a food item that serves as a stamina equivalent of Clockwork Citrus Fillet, in the same way we have equivalent magicka and stamina drinks (Witchmother's Potent Brew and Dubious Camoran Throne). So the item was accidentally flagged as a drink, but intentionally not flagged to trigger Bone Pirate's Tatters.

Sorry for the confusion. We have a fix to flag the item as food but it won't be included in Update 19. The fix will come in a future patch.

I laughed so hard when reading this. If this truely was the case why didn't we get a answer a week after this thread was made.
My opinon would be they screwed this whole thing up in the first place since it doesn't work with green pact or food passives either. They intended it to be a drink in the first place but then decided they didn't want it to work with bonepirate.

Honestly how hard can it be to flag it as a food or a drink like can that really take more then an hour to add into the game?
incoming nerf to the green pact set after this change goes lives since it will be near plague doctor levels of health with beekeeper levels of regen all while being able to keep max stamina near 40k due to the stamina bonus of the broth.

This is utterly ridiculous considering BROTH is obviously a DRINK you don't EAT BROTH. At the VERY least make it categorize as BOTH since it says "unique" dish as it is it either categorizes as NEITHER which is an obvious bug or just FOOD which is plain wrong.

Everyone report it as a bug.
