As with all things buggy and broken. They schedule the fixes each dlc-update. Wich means this will get fixed in UP19 wich is what 6 weeks from now? *facepalm*

How does it take this long to at the very least tell us if it's a food or drink? This had to have already been decided when the item was originally discussed right? If ZOS needs to prioritize other things and leave this on the back burner for now fine but can we at least know what your intentions were suppose to be?

I'm afraid that is pretty offensive actually. You have no idea what their workload is or what their priorities are, so chill out. They know about the problem. I would like an answer too, but whining about it isn't the least bit helpful.
