To be fair, res is kinda op if you stack all the time reductions (templar, support, kagranac) for it. You can revive an entire zerg all by yourself in just a few seconds.

Your problem is that you are using chains. Chains is one of the worst skills in PVP unless you Xv1. It gives your target free cc immunity and basically zero cost, costs a lot and is dodgeable.
Petrify is just a much better CC in every situation.

Since when can you dodge roll an already applied DoT? What you see is the dot surpression from cloak.

Because Stam wardens are pretty potent at the moment.
Dodge roll is already hurting magicka builds really badly, and they are necessary sometimes due to how insanely inflated damage has become these days. Break free, dodge a root, block an ult, zero stamina, dead. Magicka can’t really bear another blanket dodge roll nerf. I don’t think it’s overpowered on a medium build, maybe a little overtuned.

Ofc I preffer petrify but how else can I catch up with mag sorc that runs away with his skill without any real gap closer??? or should I just not give them chase and let them spam rune cage from so far away? Also still doesn't answer how come dodge rollers can avoid chains bringing them back near me when they do not have CC immunity buff on them.

i ran into a stamplar who roll dodged once and dodged every hit for the next 10-20 attacks you couldnt even touch the guy. also cant forget the guys who sit on horses and dodge stuff as well.

no im not. but it was when the dodge builds came out into the highest fruition in the game. but some still run those builds and dodge like madmen. and the horse thing i dont even understand how that happened and neither could the group i was with either.
