Bots - why we can't have nice things.
I make characters, I don't like them once I'm game or picked the wrong race but have to wait 24hr before I can delete it and make a new one.....

That's a little hard when the character creation screen is dark, often misleading about hair color, and doesn't let us see our character in movement or with any great expression.
I mean, I can't say I'm much of a perfectionist myself that I need to remake characters, but I can understand why people do when the character looks different in real play than in the character creation screen.
