It saved me from my son deleting all of my characters on accident. He only deleted one. ( and it was able to be recovered)
By support? I assume deleted characters are just flagged deleted.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

The one character I have been completely unable to get right is Lucia, she looks really angry and I have been completely incapable of rectifying her angry looks.

Must be an Altmer. I don't think they know what "happy" is.

No she's actually an Imperial. I do have a male altmer, he looks pretty chill - I bought the dominion hairstyle when it was on sale and now refer to him as ginger legolas. He's far happier than Lucia, I'm scared to give her a pet in case she burns it :o

For Imperial females I get my best results staying at the bottom of the triangle between soft, and angular, so nothing toward heroic, that makes them look angry to me.
The bottom center is as far to angular as I will go, the place between the center, and the soft corner seems to be a good balance between too round, and too angry looking.
Eye brows are also very a important factor to how angry a character looks.

It's too late now, I'm either going to live with it or start from scratch, and will probably live with it. She is starting to grow on me, a bit like Grumpy cat :D

I spend hours debating whether I want something interesting (and often for fewer crowns) like a pet or a costume - the chance of me spending IRL money to change a character appearance is approximately zero :D She can just stay angry looking :D

Bought the Great Daenian Hound for my tiny Bosmer though - it's magnificent - the dog is nearly on eye level with her... :D

I've only ever hit the limit once, when I made my sorcerer. And that was partially due to a stupid mistake (spelled his name wrong) and partially due to changing my mind about how he should look about 20 minutes after making him - not that I did it wrong the first time or the lighting made it look different, I just decided he should be a bit older and skinner than I'd make him.

You can always try out a character's appearance on the other live server on your platform, or on the PTS. Then when you've got the character how you want it replicate it on your own server.

I've learned the PTS is great for anything you may not be happy with after it is done, or may not yet have on live and want to see if you really should take the time to get it.

@Tomg999 you can go to the PTS and write down the settings. (Most options are 1-8 or 1-15 positions.)

It's a little tedious, but it's free, and it works.

I am a little surprised no addon has been made to export those settings, unless it's not exposed in the API.

Probably unsupported. From what I've seen the addons don't hook in until you're in game, so there's probably no functional API access in chargen.
