Submitted a ticket for a game breaking bug and got a generic automated response saying "Thanks for letting us know" and thats it. Wtf?

    It was an automated response meaning no one even looked at the ticket in the first place. Ive played many Online games before and have had to report things before and always got a person replying back to me and trying to help resolve the problem. Not here, i mean wtf am i supposed to do now? I cant progress anymore.
