Downloading the same patch again and again and again

Just as the title says, for the last hour or so the game has downloaded the same patch over and over again, then verifying, going to complete, only to start over again after a few seconds. whats with that??

Has anyone had it stop now that they said the servers are back up? Or still repeating itself?
