And by law, they fulfilled their promise. You had access to the game 5 days early. They didn't promise 120h gameplay before the servers were opened. Don't get me wrong, I'm somewhat annoyed at not being able to play as much as I'd expected too, but the whole 'interweb lawyer' rubbish it just tiresome

Also, Daverios, you're wrong. Because this bonus was free. It wasn't sold with the product. It was given to us for pre ordering. Next week there won't be pre order bonuses because you can't pre order a game after its released.

All i can tell you is 1: why would you create another thread when they're numerous other ones? This is ignorance on your own part.
2: Your posting this looking for trouble, as you know the hot debate going on.
3: Go re-read your terms of service, and if you still aren't satisfied, good luck fighting them in court, because while your fighting them in court, i will be level 70 by then enjoying the 2nd expac.

I agree with what you said and how you said it. My only intention was to point out the fact because so many other are attacking and saying it is a freebie or bonus and not part of the purchase when it most certainly was.
Still 5 day folks ending up with 3 days and 3 days folks with one is extremely lame.
