For Free ESO+ Users - Did any new characters start in Morrowind Tutorial or Vvardenfell if skipped?

Trying to answer another thread. Forum and Support search didn't return a specific answer.
If you started a new Character during free ESO+ event, did any new characters start in the Morrowind Tutorial automatically? Or did you have to accept or activate any quest for that start?
If you skipped the Tutorial did you arrive in Vvardenfell automatically.
I know there have been DLC quest starters in the past and I can't remember if they are received from ESO+? I bought the Chapter and have been ESO+ subbed since start so I can't check.

Coldharbor, the original tutorial, for anyone who does not own Morrowind or Summerset
Firemoth Island/Seyda Neen, the Morrowind tutorial, for anyone who owns Morrowind but not Summerset.sload mind prison/Shimmerene, the Summerset tutorial for anyone who owns Summerset.
There have been various quest starters in the Crown Store, but those are free to start transitional quests that lead up to the new Chapters for existing characters. If you need to start DLC, you can pick them up from the Help Menu.5

But I think the OP is specifically asking about the effect of the free ESO+ trial. Now Morrowind is a DLC it's included in ESO+ and therefore in the free trial, so people who don't own it and don't normally have access would have access during that event and therefore characters they made would probably start in Vvardenfell.
Annoyingly even though I got the free ESO+ trial and I did start a new character during the trial I can't answer this because I also own Morrowind, so all my characters start off there anyway.
I assume they would start in Morrowind however, and if they were still there when the trial ended they'd be moved to the mainland, just like if you leave a character in any other DLC zone you don't own when ESO+ runs out.PC EU player | She/her/hers | PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!

So this was on a free ESO+ account w/o any previous DLC access? "bank mule" ??
If so that more answers the question that Free ESO+ did not not auto-credit/activate any DLC, specifically Morrwind that changes the start.Edited by SpAEkus on July 21, 2018 10:16PM0
