    Evidently from the 15k in game tag I’m seeing, you can’t rely on the screenshot. I’m guessing the 12k you see is a generic baseline for limited housing

    It’s not worth 15k and I’d be just 500 crowns short if I got all the crowns I could afford so naw.

    15k is ridiculous.. especially with all the issues i noticed with the place..

    Bad washed out low texture coral
    Cannot run up inside stairs which now affects all boats across the world too...

    I love the place, just too high priced considering I don't really even use the houses that I do have. It was nice to swim around and explore in the grotto... until the Slaughterfish decided to appear. However, you can still explore a very large amount swimming, just don't try to head out to sea!! ;)

    I love shipwrecks, one of the reasons why I love Khenarthi's Roost... but... for the price, I can just go visit KR when I'm in need of a shipwreck fix.
