15k is ridiculous.. especially with all the issues i noticed with the place..

Bad washed out low texture coral
Cannot run up inside stairs which now affects all boats across the world too...

I love the place, just too high priced considering I don't really even use the houses that I do have. It was nice to swim around and explore in the grotto... until the Slaughterfish decided to appear. However, you can still explore a very large amount swimming, just don't try to head out to sea!!

I love shipwrecks, one of the reasons why I love Khenarthi's Roost... but... for the price, I can just go visit KR when I'm in need of a shipwreck fix.

Or they saw peoples interest in it and increased the price.
