And I hope that it does. Having something limited and exclusive is one of the reasons I even buy them.

And I hope that it does. Having something limited and exclusive is one of the reasons I even buy them. Clearly ZOS knows this as well; if you participated in a survey they sent a while back, it was very clear that they were gauging things exactly like that from people who buy crown store items.
And speaking of that survey, I and about 214 other responders here on the forum disagree with the approach that basically caters to envy and exclusiveness. There's always that other side of the coin.
The other side of the coin isn't making them money, though. It's a foregone conclusion the exclusive, limited, high-margin items like these drive a vast percentage of microtransactions in games.

My only two complaints are...I intend to purchase the Villa if it's not too pricey. And if the lighting was fixed on forest home, I'd also very much desire to grab that! (This from someone who's never purchased a home on crown store yet)
- Not being able to repair the crumbling sections of villa. They are perma stuck features. >.>
- The lighting and red moon on the forest home. I would definitely purchase if not for this.
@ZOS_GinaBruno I have a bug to report: It appears that the orientation of dummies, assistants, pets, and mounts have been flipped on the PTS.
Example 1: notice the orientation of my 3 assistants and the monkey on Live vs. PTS; the assistants have their backs turned towards me and the monkey is facing away from the banana on the PTS.Live:

Example 2: notice the orientation the mounts and pets on Live vs. PTS; on Live, they are facing towards the pathway, on the PTS, they've turned their backs to the pathway.Live:

Example 3: this bug affect target dummies as well; Live vs. PTS screenshots:Live:

Can we please have some medium and small houses? The two house offerings that came with Vvardenfell were more like it. Since then it's been 2 mansions per DLC. There's an obvious trend here and it seems like a marketing calculation. Like someone did a goal seek on developer hours vs price point and decided mansions were the best bang for the buck. Mansions however aren't the best value for the player.
We houses that I can actually fill without getting nailed by the abysmal furnishing cap. Medium houses are really the sweet spot and offer the best value and live in space.
I cant help but looking at these mansions and then giving up thinking of how the hell i would ever need that much empty space.
I hoped for the Summerset vines since I saw them on Summerset PTS. I was kind of hyped when I did read that Vines, Sun-Bronzed Ivy Cluster are now available from the furnishing NPC. But was disappointed to see its only the "shrub". Where are the Summerset vine "curtains" ? Would be great to see those added here, too.
The Psijic home is breathtaking on its own.
But I don't see, how I will be able to fill such a big house with a mere 700 furnishings. I own the Mathiisen Manor with 600 slots, which is much smaller than the Villa and it is impossible to fill it with meaning.
Still praying for a furnishing slot increase

I didn't see any of this in the patch notes on PTS or live, and the Pyandonean motif is obtainable in the game (via fishing) and isn't a Crown Store exclusive, so it should count for motif knowledge plus be part of the mastercrafter system like the other motifs.

I got a Pyandonean writ on live the other day. It was for an epic quality(purple) item and was worth 7 vouchers, one more than another much more common motif. It was pitifully worthless.
