Counter these annoying cyrodiil invaders effectively by using shield breaker and reactive armour. Reactive helps you take the damage applied to you while rune caged and shield breaker makes those sorcs sick to the point of death or retreat.
The Troll blade will nearly always win against the Harry pogo potters. But get ready for the salt.
