(also please give me some reason to use Soul Harvest it's been a dead morph outside of PVE or bombing for like two years now)

A replacement isn't necessarily a nerf.

It doesn't need something, or anything else. The current PTS iteration should allow the skill to find it's place amongst ults for nightblades in PVP. This is a significant change to the skill and it needs to be evaluated before doing anything different to it.

So if anything needs to be done about Incapitating Strike at all (since it is a single target ult that can be roll - dodged, dodged passively with major evasion (15 % chance) or just blocked - it needs to be done carefully not to overnerf it and make it an obselate ult.
The whole point of Incapitating strike is to "start" a fight. And the stun is actually important there since without it your target will simply run / move away (yes you can use other cc skills like fear but then you lose 10% bonus dmg from NB passive since you dont attack from stealth).
Current changes on PTS simply remove the stun from this ult - because, lets face it - how often a nb decides to attack someone while beeing not a 100% hp ? This basically makes Incap stun a pure luck. 99% of times you will not be able to stun anyone unless you will use it as an emergency ult to stun the target when you are low health and escape. The changes on PTS kind of change Incap usage to a defensive mechanic.
What will happen next is pretty muche every NB will switch to Dawnbreaker.
With this changes Incap becomes an obselate ultimate. There is no middle ground.
Sugestion that was mentioned on Nightblade Class Representative Thread was much better since it had a middle ground. Make Incapitating Strike to have no stun when you use it at 70 ultimate points and to have a stun when you use it at like 200 ultimate points. Of course this values require adjusting.
But basic idea is to make incapitaing strike stronger when you use it at high ultimate points (since all ultimate points are consemed anyway) and to make it weaker when you use it at low ultimate points. This would reward the player for waiting to accumulate enough ulimate points and then carefully placing Incap when it is needed rather than using it every single time when they reach 70 ultimate points.

Not true... my plan is to pop equilibrium before I gank... won’t affect me at all
Please tell that to your stamblade buddies who are throwing fits rather then realizing how easily they can adapt.

Only the bad ones will cry about the nb changes
I’m fine with all the changes.

Overload is cheaper.
