Someone was throwing around figures of ZOS having made $500 million last year... not sure how true this was.
This is our hard earned cash, we work hard all day and would like to relax with a playable game when we get home!
So ZOS please stop with the empty promises and please refer to consumer laws regarding the sale of digital goods

ie, they must be
Satisfactory quality.
Fit for purpose.
As described.
I can't see that ESO ticks any of those boxes right now...

At this time, we've gathered all the information we needed since disabling the previously-mentioned feature last week. We'll have a fix for the issue that was causing some crashes and freezing stemming from this issue, along with a handful of others, in the next incremental patch. We're still on track to release this patch the week of July 16, in 2 weeks.
What? 2 Weeks? Honestly you should have never put this game on console. You guys just walk all over us, more than half of your player base, and for what? Laziness? I dont understand. 2 years of terrible performance. Now a month of literally unplayable pvp... I dont know how you guys are keeping this game alive.
I guess from new players who just dont know yet and vet players like me that hold out the TINIEST bit of hope, simply because of nostalgia, that you guys will fix the mess you've made with this game. And especially fix the mess in cyrodil. It always comes down to performance. Why it isnt your top priority? I dont know.
So now 2 more weeks of not being able to cast skills effectively, bar swap effectively, and play like the game was meant to be played. Ive upgraded my modem, router, wifi speed, and xbox for this game. All the best you can buy. And it still performs worse than anything ive ever played. Just sad.
PC has the same problems currently for many of us, and has had awful performance for 2 years. At least console got a thread, on PC it is literally just "normal" after so long.
Last real work on PC perfornance was patch 1.2 to 1.3 that I can remember (Excluding arbitary notes saying improved performance when it has not been). That was in July 2014 lol

Great link, but the only issue I see with it is that the refund is given by the seller so Zos will still get to keep the money from their sales with no accountability for selling a defective product and refusing to fix it in a timely manner.
Maybe in the long run the retailers would get sick of refunds and stop selling their products, but that's wishful thinking.
For whatever reason their management thinks it's acceptable to take payment for a product in advance and then expect the customer to wait a month and a half for a fix that might fix "some" of the issues. That's just a disgusting business practice.
Yes, we are angry, we are frustrated, we hate ZOS, we are complaining......but.......
we are still playing this broken game.
That's the crucial point.
Alright, but can anyone stick to it?
I really hope so!
I think ZOS only do something like occupational therapy. They hope we all would accept the bad performance like we always did in the past.
They have never given us an increased performance in the past, why should we trust them now?
Ok, maybe some players would leave the game, but that does not matter. They will get more and more new housing fans!

I had a similar experience yesterday as well where I didn’t freeze out for at least a couple of hours in Xbox NA Vivec. Then all of a sudden I froze three times in like 10 minutes. I had not changed where I was fighting or what size the battles were. Ohhh how nice it was to siege a keep and not freeze for those two hours. Reminded me of the good ole days back in May of 2018.
Stop saying thanks. 3 weeks is an absurd wait for the game to be playable

Sorry, had to say it all with extreme sarcasm in order to keep my reply appropriate -_-
..... no. Not even close, not remotely, not in the same ballpark, not in the same galaxy.PC has the same problems currently for many of us, and has had awful performance for 2 years. At least console got a thread, on PC it is literally just "normal" after so long.
